Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for EasyRide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not use the app.

Eligibility

To use EasyRide, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age. EasyRide reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at its sole discretion.

User Accounts

To access EasyRide services, users must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activities performed under their account.

Service Availability

EasyRide offers transportation services by connecting passengers with drivers through the app. We strive to ensure the app operates smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that drivers will always be available.

Pricing and Payments

Fares: The cost of each trip is calculated based on distance, duration, and any applicable surcharges.
Payment Methods: Payments for rides can be made via credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other payment methods available in the app.
Receipts: After each ride, a receipt will be sent to your registered email or available in the app.
Cancellations: If you cancel a ride after a driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Promotions and Offers

EasyRide may offer promotional discounts or codes. These offers are subject to specific terms and can be revoked at any time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

User Responsibilities

Passenger Conduct: Passengers must adhere to all applicable laws during the ride. Misconduct or illegal behavior may result in the termination of your account.
Driver Rating: You may rate your driver after the trip. Inappropriate behavior should be reported to EasyRide immediately.

Driver Responsibilities

Licensing and Insurance: Drivers must possess valid licenses and insurance to operate a vehicle. EasyRide reserves the right to remove any driver who fails to meet legal or performance standards.
Conduct: Drivers must behave professionally and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

EasyRide is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the use of the app or services. Users agree to hold EasyRide, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any liability arising from the use of the service.
 
 
Third-Party Services

EasyRide may use third-party services for payments, maps, or other functions. Users agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers, which are beyond the control of EasyRide.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
